Lady Gaga to Sing in Space

Bruce Furst is president of Ashber Corporation, in entertainment licensing, where he has been since 2000. Currently, Bruce Furst is working on a project in which he hopes to feature Lady Gaga as the initial artist because she presents herself as living in a futuristic and self-created music universe.

Lady Gaga already has an appointment to perform off-planet sometime in 2015: The Zero G Colony event, a high-tech music festival, has booked the pop diva to be the first recording artist to sing in outer space. The three-day gathering, which will include well-known entertainers and cutting-edge technology, will be held at Spaceport America in New Mexico. Spaceport America is an organization dedicated to finding affordable access to space and giving everyone the potential to experience it.

Lady Gaga’s space adventure will take place several months after the first commercial space flight by Virgin Galactic, owned by Sir Richard Branson and Aabar Investments PJS, a company pioneering the world’s first commercial space line. Backers believe the line will eventually offer the public a schedule of frequent, safe, and affordable space travel.
